Welcome to the Etechinvest Affiliate Program. To ensure a transparent and mutually beneficial partnership, please read and understand the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility

Participants must be at least 18 years old. We reserve the right to reject or remove affiliates at our discretion, especially in cases of fraudulent or unethical behavior.

2. Commission Structure

Affiliates earn commissions for each successful referral that results in a paid order. Commission rates and payout thresholds are outlined in your affiliate dashboard. Custom commission tiers may be available for high-performing partners.

3. Payment Terms

Commissions are paid on a Net-30 basis, allowing time for refund windows and validation.
Minimum payout threshold must be reached (e.g., $50) before a payout is issued.
Supported payout methods: PayPal, Wise, or Bank Transfer (international fees may apply).

4. Prohibited Practices

The following actions are strictly prohibited and will lead to termination of your account and forfeiture of commissions:

Using misleading or deceptive marketing tactics
Promoting using spam, unsolicited email, or black-hat SEO
Misrepresenting Etechinvest or its services
Self-referring (signing up and purchasing through your own affiliate link)

5. Promotion Guidelines

Affiliates must promote content that accurately reflects the services offered by Etechinvest LLC. We encourage ethical marketing, with no exaggerated claims or unauthorized branding.

6. Account Termination

Etechinvest reserves the right to suspend or terminate any affiliate account without notice in the event of suspected abuse, fraud, or violation of policy.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, and promotional materials provided are property of Etechinvest LLC and must be used only for approved affiliate marketing purposes.

8. Modifications

We may update this policy at any time. Affiliates will be notified of significant changes via email or through the affiliate dashboard. Continued participation in the program after changes implies acceptance.
